I think the biggest challenge is financial accuracy & valuation! Connecting with professionals such as accountants and Chartered Business Valuators really helped. Also, BizON was a great starting point! Great question Eric! PS What do you do at WarrenBDC?

I'm with ^ Jeremy! I would also add this: A challenge when acquiring a company was ensuring the seller would stay on (3-6 months) in order to help transition the business properly and ensure staffing was in the loop! Other than that...buying an existing business was the best decision I've made in my life!
