More listings bring more buyers, and that's good for everyone. We earn our keep when you choose extras: introductions to interested buyers, promotion, and broker plans.
Buyer detail is $79/month, with 30 days free and cancel any time. Advantage, Premier and Enterprise include every introduction.
Advantage includes a 7-day top of category placement every quarter. Premier includes a 7-day home gallery placement and a 14-day top of category placement every quarter. Pick the listing and book it in one click from your account, and it starts the day you book. Or choose a start date on the listing's Promote page. Each quarter's placements lapse at the end of the quarter, and the whole run has to fit inside it, so book early. Spots are limited: 8 in the home gallery and 3 on each category page. If your date is full, the site offers you the next open date.
Premier profiles are featured in a row of up to 7 on the home page and lead the broker directory. Every Premier broker takes an equal turn: the line-up changes every 10 minutes.
Yes. Buyers message you free and you reply free. Their contact details stay private until you choose to connect: Buyer detail is $79/month, with 30 days free and cancel any time, or included with Advantage, Premier and Enterprise.
No. We never show your sale price; it's only used anonymously in combined totals.
