Ladies gym with very loyal clientele

This gym used to be a Curves location. It is ladies only and many members have been there for decades. The current staff run the place without any assistance.

The sales would benefit from a new owner. Current owner does not have experience in this industry and took it over to avoid the gym closing down as the members and staff are so loyal to the location. Sales of supplements, additional services, etc are not currently being done.

Location also rents out when the gym is closed to dance studios, personal trainers, etc. Gym runs on limited hours for the members so there is a lot of opportunity to extend the hours and use the space for other purposes. Gym only open half day on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
