The Coal Pile Is a staple of Edson, with our unique homestyle cooking. Food so good people talk about it.
We hand make most of our food, curing our own corn beef and many other delicious recipes. We have been able to streamline our recipes to be fast, cost effective and tasteful. Attached to a hotel on the main street of Edson we also serve 2 bars, with takeout and delivery. Can help get set up and manage, comes with some equipment and some is rented.
