HQ'ed in the Greater Vancouver Area of British Columbia, Canada, the company is an environmental services firm specializing in the drilling of water wells for construction, site assessment, environmental engineering and mining projects. The company has a large fleet of both rotary and sonic rigs, many are custom outfitted for specialized applications, operating in the lower mainland, vancouver island and NWBC.

Revenues have been increasing over the past 5 years due to expansion of the rig fleet, general market expansion, improved processes and increased market share.

The founder is the eldest son, and a 1/3 owner of the business. His younger brother and father are both millwrights and the remaining substantial shareholders. The sale process was inspired by the father's retirement in 2016. They are willing to contemplate a full exit or a partial sale to an active partner that would be able to contribute to the continued successful growth trajectory of the business.
