Business Broker

An individual (or company) that solicits and represents business owners that are considering selling their business. A Business Broker acts as an M&A advisor between sellers (business owners) and buyers.

Main Street Business Brokers typically sell businesses for less than $1,000,000. Individuals who acquire these companies (small service businesses) usually want the independence of running their own company and want to replace their salary with the income of the business.
